[Reunion] 1998 reunion - question about refunds

We've had a couple folks ask whether they will get refunds if events are
canceled.  We 
have some non-refundable deposits that we need to cover.  We have also
received a few
donations.  We will apply the donations first, then do our best to refund
everyone
as much as we can if we have to cancel any/all events after we have
satisfied the deposits.

We are hopeful that we won't have to cancel anything.  In the last couple
hours we have
heard from a good number of people who promise they will be registering
shortly.  If we
continue to get good response we'll probably be ok.  But, we don't want
people to
not register because they think we'll cancel everything and keep their
money.
