[Reunion] Final Chance for Reunion Sign Up

Dear BWHS Class of 1998,

I am more than a little disappointed at the response that I had from  
my last request to get everyone registered for the reunion weekend. I  
have made it clear that you must prepay for this event. Yet I still  
have a number of people who have directly contacted me saying they  
were coming, yet you still haven't paid!!!

I have been delaying the Holiday Inn as long as possible. They have  
given me a final date of this Friday to give them a final head count,  
so I am passing on the extension to you. In case I haven't made clear  
enough what will happen if you do not register by Friday, let me tell  
you all again:

IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER, INCLUDING COMPLETING YOUR PAYMENT BY GETTING A  
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION RECEIPT FROM PAYPAL, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO  
ATTEND THE REUNION FUNCTION(S) YOU DID NOT REGISTER FOR.

I am not trying to be difficult, I simply can not afford to cover for  
people hoping they will show up.

I will attach a list of classmates and which events I have people  
signed up for so if you have any questions, or don't see yourself  
marked on the list and you think you should be then you better get  
yourself registered and paid NOW, or get a hold of me to check to see  
if I missed you.

One last item. I was asked if there were any special request (diet  
restrictions, vegetarians, etc.) by the Holiday Inn catering staff. So  
far I have had none. I need to know these by Friday as well.

One last note, to those of you who have been proactive about this  
process, THANK YOU! See you in a week and a half!
